Let’s celebrate!
This past weekend, my cousin and her family came up for a visit. It was their sons birthday, so we had some cake and celebrated, then later on in the day went over to Knoebels. There was a ton of people there, but in the kiddie section the lines weren’t too bad.
After some yummy cake, naps and a thunderstorm we headed to Knoebels.
We loved having them stay with us for the weekend. Â It was great being able to catch up and have a good time together. Â Kids and all. Â We did get away in the evening just us four adults. Â Thanks to Micah’s mom for staying with the kids after we put them to bed. Â By the way, Micah’s mom, Darlene, went home Monday. Â It was nice having her here with us, the girls really loved having Grammy here to play with them as well.
Busy, busy
Keira loves crawling, everywhere. Â We are really enjoying the apartment we are living in right now, with carpet everywhere. Â It’s great for her crawling sessions. Â She also just got her first tooth! Â It was one of the bottom ones. Â And I think her top teeth are just about to make an appearance too. Â But she seems about as happy as ever. Â And a really happy baby she is. Â Keira loves being tickled, cuddled and being chased. Â I can’t believe she is 10 months! Â Time is going by too fast!!
We went for the first time to the Lewisburg Farmers Market. Â It was really hot that day, but we had a fun time walking around.
The following day, Â all of us ladies went out for tea in Lancaster. Â We decided to try a new place called Sugarplums & Tea. Â It was in this really pretty building and the room was basically a sun room. Â We met my sister in law, and my friend and her girls there as well. Â It was nice to have a ladies day out, without little children wanting constant attention. Â So thank you Micah and Nelson for watching the kiddos!
