Birthday time again!
Last night we went over to some friends of ours, for their sons birthday party. Violet and Andrei always have a fun time playing together, which usually consists of them chasing each other around and Violet wanting to tickle him.

Potty Training
So… we’ve kind of started to potty train Violet. Usually every evening after supper she “goes” in her diaper, which she has never been one to go and hide. And so the other night I had her sit on her potty and she likes to read the magazines we have, as you can see. And she eventually went! I was so happy I almost took a picture, but that I came to my senses and decided to forgo that one. I don’t think she quite gets it yet, but that’s what I’ve been working on with her lately. She does like to sit on her potty most of the time, but nothing happens. And she sometimes tells us, poo poo or pee pee, but that’s usually after the fact. Oh and by the way, the potty was a present from a friend here for her birthday.
Violet turns 2!
Today our little girl turned two years old. We had a great day celebrating with her, she had some great presents to open thanks to the grandparents and Katrina made a delicious birthday cake. We are so blessed to have such a beautiful little girl! Enjoy some pictures and videos of the day!
