From the Road… Camdenton, MO

Hey friends!!

We are having such a fun week, but very busy! Today we met up with 3 different friends for breakfast, lunch and dinner! It was such a great time reconnecting with people we haven’t seen in a while.

We had a great breakfast with Tim, Jen and their son Ptolemy. Violet and Ptolemy are just so cute together! I can’t get over it!

For lunch we got together with Vic and Patti at the Chinese restaurant in town. They are such a great couple and we are very thankful for them.

On the way home from lunch we decided to stop at the nursing home we used to volunteer at while going to school here last year and we got to see a handful of people that we used to visit with. Violet was the center of attention everywhere we walked. It was really nice to bring a smile to their faces with a happy baby. Here are two of the ladies that loved listening to Micah play guitar and brought joy to our lives every week.

Then for supper we headed back to the school to meet up with Ryan and Laura. Micah and Ryan grew up together in southern California, so it was cool for them to hang out and catch up. It was nice to meet his wife Laura and get to know her too.

From the Road…Camdenton, Missouri

Hi Friends!

We have been having an awesome time here in Missouri. We have been really busy hanging out with old friends from school & our fellowship here. We have been staying with our friends Bob, Val & Sam, they have been very gracious and hospitable towards us. It’s a huge blessing to stay with them!!

Last night we had dinner with some good friends of ours – John & Jeanette. We had a great time catching up with them and their dog diamond.

We also had some fun getting Violet together with her future boyfriend, Ptolemy who is the son of our friends Tim & Jen. They enjoyed touching toes & staring at each other.
And finally, tonight we had dinner with our friends Jim & Connie in their lovely new house! It has been 9 months in progress for them – what a blessing!
We still have a busy week ahead of us here in Missouri, we are having a great time but we will be happy to be home in Pennsylvania next week.

On the Road…to Camdenton, Missouri

Hi Friends!

Today we drove from Rockwall, Texas to Camdenton, Missouri. We had a great time in Texas re-connecting with some old friends and meeting new ones! We wanted to share some photos of our time there with you.
