Hi Friends!

One of the many cool things about Moscow is that there are huge parks here – on Saturday we had a picnic in a big park with some friends and Tuesday morning we took a walk to explore another one.

On Friday nights we usually have our coworkers over for dinner and games or movies. This Friday, however, our friend Nathan had family visiting from the states so we had eleven people over last night. We had a fun time talking and playing spoons. Here are some pictures from the chaos!

Плов И Самса

Hi Friends!

Yesterday (Sunday) afternoon we had the privilege of being invited over for lunch by some new friends that are originally from Uzbekistan. A traditional uzbek dish is called плов (plof) and it is delicious! Let’s just say I could eat it every day of the week if it was available. I took some pictures of the process and you can check those out below. Hopefully Katrina will master the recipe and we can share it with you someday!
