Birthday Party!
Hi Friends!
On Thursday night Katrina & I hosted a birthday party for our friend Elisabeth at our apartment. We had 27 people come! It was great, not only because there was great food (Katrina made sushi for the first time, delicious!!) but because we were able to meet some new Russian friends.

Hi Friends,
So, now that our classes are back in full swing I thought I would post a couple pictures of what our class looks like. We are in class for about 2.5 hours a day, currently we are studying adjectives and how to use them properly in a sentence. Please be thinking of us as we study!

A Special Day
Hi Friends!
Today is a special day for me because I have been married to my beautiful wife for five years! When Katrina & I met seven years ago I would have never thought that we would spend our 5th anniversary in a foreign city, but here we are! It’s a special blessing to have such a wonderful lady in my life.
Tonight, we will be able to go out by ourselves and spend some time together celebrating. It is a rare thing for us to go out without Violet, we have been looking forward to it all week.
